Terms of Use
Effective from 5 November 2026
These terms govern the use of the PhaseUp app (phaseup.sk). By using the app, and in particular by creating an account, you agree to them.

2. What PhaseUp is
PhaseUp is an online aid for planning electrical load at events — distributing devices across phases and sockets, recommending a breaker and supply, producing a connection plan and printing it. It includes a database of device power ratings, import of Capture projects and the ViVia assistant, who helps with using the app.
3. Results are an aid, not an electrical design
PhaseUp calculations do not replace an electrical design, inspection or assessment by a qualified electrical professional. The actual installation must be checked and carried out by a licensed electrician in line with applicable regulations and standards.
- Power ratings in the database come from manufacturers and retailers. They may be inaccurate, outdated or differ depending on the device version and settings. The rating plate of the actual unit is what counts.
- A Capture project is calculated from the data in the uploaded file; whoever entered that data is responsible for it.
- The app does not know the condition of your distribution, cables, breakers, earthing or RCDs, the inrush currents of specific devices or local conditions.
- Advice from the ViVia assistant concerns using the app and is not a professional opinion.
You are responsible for checking the results and for connecting everything safely.
4. Account
- Register with a genuine e-mail address that belongs to you. Do not share your password; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- An account is personal. For several people working together there is the TEAM plan, where each member has their own sign-in.
- You can delete your account at any time (Privacy Policy, section 6).
5. Plans and the welcome bonus
- PhaseUp is currently free. With an account you get the FREE plan with the limits shown in your profile under 💳 PLAN.
- PRO free for a month for sharing the app is a welcome bonus — a voluntary gift from the operator. The operator decides whether a share meets the purpose and may decline the bonus; there is no entitlement to it. The offer may be changed or ended at any time. After the month the account returns to FREE by itself; saved projects and gear remain, but no new ones can be added beyond the FREE limits.
- The TEAM plan is coming soon. If paid plans are introduced, they will have their own terms of sale and nothing will be charged without your explicit order.
- The features and limits of each plan may change.
6. What not to do
- circumvent the limits of plans or of the trial calculation,
- download the device database or calculation results in bulk or automatically,
- probe for vulnerabilities, overload the server or interfere with its operation,
- upload malicious files or content that infringes the rights of others or the law,
- impersonate anyone else.
In case of a breach the operator may restrict or terminate access.
7. Who owns what
The app, its design, the device database and the calculation method are the operator's intellectual property. Projects, gear and logos you add are yours; you allow the operator to store them and display them to you and your team while they are in the app. Suggestions and data you send via Contact the developer (for example a device's power rating) may be used by the operator to improve the app and the database.
8. Team
The team administrator is responsible for whom they invite. Projects saved for the team belong to the team and stay with it when a member leaves.
9. Availability and liability
The app is provided as is. We aim for it to work reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors, and we may change its features. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the app's results, from errors in device data, from the app being unavailable or from loss of saved data. This does not affect consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.
10. Changes and final provisions
We may update these terms; we will let you know about significant changes in the app or by e-mail. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Send questions to the operator's e-mail or via Contact the developer.
